By default, every aggregated tag is calculated as a central moving operator. A backwards moving operator can be created using following the next steps.
- Create an aggregated tag of your original historian tag for a time span of 'x' minutes.
- Example: in the aggregation submenu, create a 10 minute moving average ('Centered_avg_steam_flow') based on a historian tag ('Steam_flow.PV')
- Shift the averaged out tag forward in time for half the aggregation time.
- Example: in the formula submenu, create a new formula in which you map your new tag ('Backwards_avg_steam_flow') to a 5 minutes shifted centered tag ('Centered_avg_steam_flow') by using the 'Advanced options (open)' hyperlink.
