When I try to perform an analysis using the Recommendation Engine or Influence Factors, I'm getting a "missing index data" error message. How can I fix this?

Make sure that data is present for the complete period that is being analyzed. In some situations, it is possible that the latest data-point has not been indexed yet. In this case, you can exclude the latest minutes of your data or wait a while and refresh so that the data is completely indexed.

Contact your administrator to re-index the tag if the issue keeps showing after these changes have been made.
